CIMB Foundation have launched  CIMB Foundation Photography Contest entitled “MyCause: Photos That Make A Difference”. This contents aims to empower the general public to highlight a cause which they believe that the Foundation should fund. They will then snap a photo related to that cause, and submit it together with very brief essay on it.

This contest was launched on the 25 May 2009 by Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof, the Chairman of CIMB Group and a trustee of CIMB Foundation, and Dato’ Sri Nazir Razak, Group Chief Executive of CIMB Group.

The judges for this contest are Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof, Datuk Dr Richard Leete (a member of the board of trustees of CIMB Foundation) and Mr David Hagerman (a professional photographer). We have also invited Dato' Syed Nadzri Syed Harun (Group Editor of New Straits Times) and Dato' Johan Raslan (Executive Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia) to join the panel and are currently awaiting their reply. Also present will be the Trustees of CIMB Foundation.
