It will a full day event filled with activities for all ages and is aimed at getting urban communities to use their green space, and thereby contributing to the upkeep and overall protection of the community forest as a functional urban green lung and watershed area.
Activities during the day include:
- tree planting,
- photo competition,
- eco-kids activities,
- guided nature walks,
- kayaking,
- "Scout's Trail" mountain bike time trail competition (more on FakawiTribe.com)
- Eco-Licious, Eco-booth and Eco-Corner

With so much happening on the 21st, why miss the opportunity to spend some morning tree-time with AMP's celebrity deejays or watch cyclists race away and whizz by you in the afternoon? Spend some time with your kids during eco-play or take the guided nature walks and warm your camera's shutter in the forest park by taking part in the photo competition.
