The Director’s Workshop for the EFF film finalists were conducted on the 9^th and 10^th of August 2008. This workshop is the second and last of a series workshop that was organized to assist these budding film makers in the realization of their film scripts/proposals.

The workshops were conducted by Encik Khairul and Encik Mior, both are lecturers in film making and scriptwriting at the National Arts Academty. They are also film makers and have in the past and within their capacities, produced and directed several films.

The participants had two whole days to learn film making advices and tips from their mentors. The finalists were treated to a sumptuous lunch prepared in kind by the Academy. EcoKnights thanks the Academy for all the support that they have provided so far.

Next the finalist will rework their initial scripts/proposals and strengthen it based on what they have learnt from the two workshops. They will then present or pitch their idea again, after which they will receive some financial support from EcoKnights.
